This class is a chance to slow down together\, breathe\, and fill our bowls—and our spirits—with healing food. \n\n\n\nWe’re honored to be partnering with the Union Cultural Center and guided by Leika Suzumura\, Community Nourishian\, whose approach to food is full of gentleness\, deep wisdom\, and love for community. \n\n\n\nIn this class\, we will:• Learn about foods with natural medicinal and immune-boosting properties• Discover flavorful broths and soups that work in harmony with your body• Explore proteins and plant-based options to personalize your dishes• Cook and share a warm\, nutrient-rich meal together \n\n\n\nNo cooking experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and appetite! Let’s come together to cook\, learn\, and celebrate the power of food to heal from the inside out. \n\n\n\nSpace is limited. Please register to reserve your spot! The regular class fee is $45.
