DESCRIPTION:Join the MLK March hosted by the Seattle Martin Luther King Jr. Organizing Coalition this Martin Luther King Jr. Day and build towards Dr. King’s vision of Beloved Community through coordinated and collective action. Garfield High School will be open for workshops from 9:30 – 10:50 and the program in the Gym. \n\n\n\nIndoor Rally: 11a \n\n\n\nMarch: 12:30p \n\n\n\n“Every year\, we do what we can to tell our civic leaders that Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream is alive and well. Join us for this outdoor\, masked\, and social-distanced event. #mlkseattle” \n\n\n\nThe Seattle MLK Jr. Organizing Coalition is an all-volunteer organization composed of grassroots\, labor\, business\, people of color\, and progressive community organizations and volunteers from throughout the Puget Sound region.
