Focused relaxation and healing through sound & breath.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient form of Yoga; dating over 2,000 years, provides internalized focused relaxation and healing through sound & breath. Ushering us to a place just between waking and sleep, where we are naturally disengaging from stress producing thoughts; allowing the body to naturally and deeply restore itself. 35 – 40minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3hrs of restful sleep. Please purchase a ticket using this link.
