Search Committee Training
This training is designed to ensure rigorous, equitable, and non-discriminatory search practices, fostering a welcoming environment for all candidates. The presentation will help guide search committees in the preparation, outreach, assessment, and interviewing stages, ensuring that all candidates receive full and fair consideration, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, disability, and other protected classes.
