This event recognizes MLK Jr. and members of our community who have dedicated themselves to lives of service. There will be performances by Verbal Oasis, vocalist Cee E. Adamson, and Anzanga Marimba Ensemble. Edwin Lindo, Assistant Dean, Social & Health Justice in the Office of Healthcare Equity, and Dr. Douglass Jackson, Associate Dean for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the School of Dentistry will be holding a “Fireside chat discussion – Health Equity and Anti-Racism: inspiring positive change, accountability, and equity for all”. Reception to follow in the Health Sciences Lobby.
