Workshop Goals: This workshop will help you deepen your understanding of death and dying, determine your wishes for end-of-life care, and designate a trusted person to carry out those wishes through a Power of Attorney for Healthcare. Who Should Attend? Anyone who wants to protect their family from making difficult decisions without knowing your wishes. Those who want to learn how to make end-of-life care choices. People seeking to understand their options for end-of-life planning.
