The UW Medicine Inclusive Climate Survey is your opportunity to share your experiences and that will help us identify areas for improvement and prioritize actions to foster a more inclusive environment for all.
Time commitment: The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
Confidentiality: Your responses will be kept confidential.
Making a difference: Your feedback will directly inform actions to improve the climate at UW Medicine.
Progress tracking: This survey is conducted every other year to measure our progress and hold us accountable.
It’s offered in seven languages (English, Amharic, Chinese, Russian, Somali, Spanish, and Vietnamese).
