| The UW School of Medicine Women in Medicine & Sciences (WIMS) Committee invites you to join us for Women Faculty Day on May 6th, 2026. This year’s program includes two keynote speakers, Dr. Kemi Doll and Dr. Susan Reed, community building circles hosted by the UW Medicine Center for Restorative Practices, as well as interactive sessions facilitated by the Whole U. We hope you’ll join us for a day designed to cultivate individual and communal well-being. A full agenda can be found below. We encourage community members to register now! Details Women Faculty Day: Date: Wednesday May 6th, 2026 Time: 9:00am-3:30pm PST Location: UW Center for Urban Horticulture Center – In Person Only Directions and parking information will be sent to attendees after they register. Breakfast and lunch provided. Women Faculty Day is open to all. It is a time to celebrate the accomplishments of our School of Medicine women faculty and to promote equity and inclusion in our work environments. Women Faculty Day focuses on the experiences of and building community between women faculty in academic medicine, though UW Medicine community members of all genders are welcome to join.
