Entre Hermanos 35th Anniversary Día de Muertos Gala
October 24 @ 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
This year’s Día de los Muertos honors 35 years of legacy, resilience, and leadership that have shaped Entre Hermanos across generations, and the community that continues to carry this work forward.
First. Fearless. Forever.
First celebrates historic leadership Entre Hermanos created space where none existed and helped build culturally rooted health infrastructure for Latine LGBTQ+ communities across Washington State.
Fearless recognizes the courage required to lead through the HIV crisis, anti-immigrant climates, systemic inequities, and the COVID-19 pandemic. It reflects advocacy, prevention, resilience, and unapologetic cultural visibility.
Forever speaks to permanence and legacy Entre Hermanos is not temporary, it is established, essential, and generational. After 35 years, the organization continues to shape the future of health equity, community care, and Latine LGBTQ+ leadership for generations to come.
This event is promoted as a community resource and is not sponsored by UW Medicine or the Office of Healthcare Equity. Per University policy, this promotion is conditioned on the understanding that the opportunity is open to all individuals regardless of race, color, national origin, or sex.
