Navigating Conflict as a Leader – Women in Medicine & Science Committee

The Women in Medicine & Science (WIMS) Committee invites you to join the final session of their 2025-2026 Women Faculty Leadership workshop series Navigating Conflict as a Leader. These workshops are open to all, they aim to foster career development, well-being, and leadership skills among women faculty in the School of Medicine.
In this interactive workshop Associate Ombud for the School of Medicine Diana Cooke will share her experience and framework for conflict management in an academic medicine environment. Through scenario-based discussion and skills practice, participants will learn new tools for navigating conflict. This workshop is eligible for CME.
