Community Conversations – The Role of Rehab in Chronic Conditions

Join us for our Community Conversations webinar on Zoom to learn about the role of rehab in chronic conditions. This will include insight from both the medical aspect and from a mental health standpoint including adjusting to disabling conditions, helping patients deal with uncertainty in their diagnosis or prognosis, assessing cognitive impairment in addition to (and related to) return to work, work accommodations and disability.
