Response Rate Dashboard

The Response Rate Dashboard allows you to see larger organizational response rates and as well individual team(s) response rates. Below the link to the dashboard, you will find a how-to drill down in the dashboard video and dashboard navigation tips. The Response Rate Dashboard will be updated by end of the day on 7/3, 7/8 and 7/10.

Additional Tips:

Start by applying a filter. You can begin at Level 1 or at any level in between.

To view your individual team (Level 7):
- Uncheck “All”
- Type your team’s name into the search box
- Select your team(s) from the list
Looking at the data in the bar chart:
- Hover over Level 1 until you see a +/- sign
- Click the +/- sign to drill up or down
- Continue clicking +/- for each level either direction

We need your help!

There are multiple ways you can help. Below are materials that you can share with your teams in meetings or post in your environments. A few other things you can do to help with survey engagement are

Communicate the “Why”:
Explain how feedback improves your team & UW Medicine’s inclusivity goals. Share your personal support & why you believe it’s important.
Authorize Work Time:
Clearly permit & encourage using ~15 minutes of work time. Suggest blocking calendar time.
Reinforce Trust & Confidentiality:
3rd-party admin, responses aggregated (groups 5+), strictly confidential & voluntary. Direct questions to FAQ or Callie Hunter (callieh@uw.edu)
Lead by Example:
Share that you are participating and value the process.
Commit to Follow-Up:
Pledge to discuss your team’s aggregate results (when available) & develop action steps together.
