Film Screening: “Nurse Unseen”

Join the Office of Healthcare Equity, UW Medical Center, UW School of Nursing, and American Nephrology Nurses Association – Northwest for a screening of the award-winning documentary “Nurse Unseen.” The 90-minute film explores the little-known history of the unsung Filipino nurses who risked their lives on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic while facing a resurgence of anti-Asian hate in public.
Save the date, bring a colleague and join the Office of Healthcare Equity on March 4 at 5 p.m. in Hogness auditorium in the Magnuson Health Sciences building for the feature film. A 30-minute discussion with the film director will immediately follow the screening. Light snacks will be provided.
