First Nations at UW Presents Powwow Dance Classes

Happy Native American Heritage Month! First Nations Powwow Dance classes are now open to UW students, non-UW students, and off-campus guests. Here is our schedule for the month of November.

Cultural Chair Theo Wright and Co-Chair Tena Faith Bear Don’t Walk are co-facilitators of First Nations Powwow Dance classes. Funding provided by CAIIS with the Intellectual House funding the snacks.

Dance styles do not have gender and all bodies and abilities are cherished. We want you here in all that you are and your authentic self!
