Indigenous Representation in Sports and Business
November 19 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Join us for an inspiring evening of learning and dialogue as we explore Indigenous Representation in Sports and Business on November 19th at the Burke Museum. Our event will feature a dynamic panel of leaders dedicated to creating new pathways for Indigenous peoples—both in the workplace and on the field. Learn how mentorship, employee programs, and increased visibility are shaping opportunities and breaking down barriers for Indigenous communities. If you’re passionate about inclusion and belonging or eager to support Indigenous voices, this is an evening you won’t want to miss!
The event features a panel format, offering the opportunity to gain fresh perspectives from our guest speakers and ask your questions.
Our incredible panel for this event includes:
Tiyanni Mahi, Salesforce – Manager, Recruiting Coordinators & Global EVP Indigenousforce, a Salesforce Employee Resource Group
Natalie Welch, Seattle University – Assistant Professor / Rise Above – Executive Director
Leslie Cherry-Knight, Bank of America, VP Community Relations Manager & Segment Chair for the Native American Professionals Network (NAPN)
This conversation will be moderated by Dani Carbary, Chief Engagement Officer and Tara Buchan, Chief Strategy Officer TaDa Partners and WISE DEI Board Members.
