We Mind We Matter Networking Mixer

Cotton 54 and Deconstructing the Mental Health System (DMHS) present We Mind, We Matter BIPOC Therapists Networking Mixer on February 21, an opportunity to connect with BIPOC therapists, share stories, and build supportive community.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:

- Meet and chat with BIPOC therapists from a variety of backgrounds and specialties
- Learn about different therapy approaches in an informal, pressure-free environment
- Ask questions about the therapy process, finding the right fit, and accessing care
- Connect with others who value mental health, healing, and collective well-being
There is no expectation to engage any of the therapists in attendance. This is simply a space to connect, build trust, and normalize conversations about mental health within our communities.
