We had a 40% response rate, over 12,000 participants participate in the 2025 Inclusive Climate Survey. We are excited to share the results and continue to drive change with this survey data.

Our Ask

  • View your Custom Report

    Custom Reports will be sent to Chairs, CEO’s, Executive Leadership and upon request. Please reach out to Callie Hunter, callieh@uw.edu, if you would like your team’s custom report.

  • Explore the Results Dashboard

    Our goal in releasing this information is to promote transparency and trust. Visit the UW Medicine Dashboard to view the systemwide results, department results, or drill down to your specific team. VPN and NetID required to access the dashboard.

  • Attend a Town Hall

    Join a Town Hall, where we will share systemwide results and demonstrat how to access team results on the dashboard. The two town hall options are Wednesday, 3/25, 4-5pm or Friday, 3/27, noon-1:00pm.

  • Share out the Results

    Leaders are expected to share their results with their team. Please share your results carefully and meaningfully and let us know how we can help! Reminder to allow time for questions

  • Engage in Action Planning

  1. We see a measurable and meaningful strengthening of psychological safety, system perception, and a reduction of bias experiences across the system.
  2. Although there are great improvements, gaps still remain. The following demographic characteristics had meaningful differences across each domain.
